SEX THERAPY

Sex therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on sexual issues, concerns, or dysfunctions. It can include either individual or couples’ therapy and involves elements of talk therapy to improve individuals relationship with sexual wellness and sexuality. Also, helping couples improve their sexual relationship.
